After-Hours eBike Access
Want to start your adventure before we open or return your bike after we close? We offer after-hours eBike access for guests who want extra flexibility with their rental.
After-Hours Access Fee:
$15 per eBike
This add-on includes early morning pickup, late return, or overnight access and must be arranged in advance. After-hours access is not available through online booking. Please call us or ask a team member when making your reservation.
Guests using early access must visit our shop the evening before their ride between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to complete a bike orientation, take a short test ride, and receive instructions for accessing their bike from our secure after-hours pickup area.

The Ride
Half-Day Rental
4-Hour Duration
Ideal for shorter visits to catch the highlights without committing the whole day. All PM rentals booked on walk-in basis.

Rider Fit
To ensure a safe and comfortable ride, our e-bikes are best suited for riders between 4 '11 " and 6 '2 ". The maximum payload capacity is 275 lbs. We provide adjustable seats to find your perfect fit before you head out into the canyon floor.
Parking & Pickup
We have limited parking for drop-off and pick-up only. For day parking please use paid parking in Springdale or park at your hotel and walk/shuttle to Zion Tubing Adventure. We are directly by Shuttle stop 8 in Springdale. There is paid parking directly by our location as well.
Safety First
- Helmets are mandatory and provided free.
- Yield to pedestrians on all paths.
- Follow the 15mph speed limit in the park.
- Stay on paved roads; no off-roading.
- Ride in single file at all times.
Joy-Ride Rental
2.5-Hour Duration
A quick cruise through the canyon floor. Perfect for those with limited time who still want the e-bike experience. Walk-in basis.

LOGISTICS
Rental Duration & Parking Information
Our Bikes are designed for riders 5'2" and taller. Rentals are available for Full-Day (8 hours) Half-Day (4 hours) or Joy-Ride (2.5 hours) blocks. Guests must follow all Zion National Park safety rules, including yielding to shuttles and staying on paved roads. Free parking is available at our rental hub for all customers.
Limited Damage Waiver (LDW)
Limited Damage Waiver (LDW)A $7 Limited Damage Waiver (LDW) fee is automatically applied to each bike rental at the time of booking. Participation in the LDW program is voluntary but non-refundable. The waiver applies only to the rented equipment and is intended to provide coverage for certain minor accidental damages that may occur during normal use.

The LDW does not cover negligence, reckless operation, major damage, theft, loss, vandalism, personal injury, or damage to personal property.

Covered items may include:
- Minor scratches and cosmetic damage
- Flat tires
- Minor brake lever damage
- Helmet scratches and scrapes
- Minor accessory damage
- Minor chain or sprocket issues
- Broken pedals
- Damaged or broken lights
- Bent or warped brake rotors
The LDW also includes mechanic assistance if a Zion Tubing Adventure employee is dispatched to your location within the canyon. If necessary, replacement equipment, batteries, or parts may be provided at the sole discretion of the assisting employee.All other damages, losses, repairs, or replacement costs not specifically covered by this waiver remain the responsibility of the renter as outlined in the rental agreement and waiver.
