Want to catch the quiet morning hours in Zion or keep your adventure going after we close? Our After-Hours eBike Access gives you more flexibility to explore Zion on your schedule.

Choose an early morning pickup or late return and enjoy more freedom with your rental. After-hours access must be arranged in advance and is not available through online booking. Simply call us or speak with a team member when making your reservation to add it to your rental.
For early morning access, stop by our shop the evening before your ride between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. We’ll get you comfortable with your bike, take you on a short test ride, and show you how to access your eBike from our secure after-hours pickup area.
That way, when adventure day arrives, you can grab your bike and go—giving you more time to ride, explore, and experience Zion at your own pace.

Half-Day Rental
4-Hour Duration
Ideal for shorter visits to catch the highlights without committing the whole day. All PM rentals booked on walk-in basis.

Rider Fit
For a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable ride, our eBikes are best suited for riders between 4'11" and 6'2", with a maximum weight capacity of 275 lbs.
Each eBike features an adjustable seat, allowing our team to help you find the right fit before you set off to explore the canyon floor.
Parking & Pickup
We have limited on-site parking available.
For all-day parking, guests can use paid public parking throughout Springdale or leave their vehicle at their hotel and walk or take the free Springdale Shuttle to Zion Tubing Adventure.
We’re conveniently located right by Springdale Shuttle Stop 8, making it easy to reach us without your car. Paid parking is also available directly near our location for guests who prefer to drive.
Safety First

Joy-Ride Rental
2.5-Hour Duration
A quick cruise through the canyon floor. Perfect for those with limited time who still want the e-bike experience. Walk-in basis.

LOGISTICS
Rental Duration & Parking Information
Our Bikes are designed for riders 5'2" and taller. Rentals are available for Full-Day (8 hours) Half-Day (4 hours) or Joy-Ride (2.5 hours) blocks. Guests must follow all Zion National Park safety rules, including yielding to shuttles and staying on paved roads. Free parking is available at our rental hub for all customers.
Limited Damage Waiver (LDW)
Limited Damage Waiver (LDW)
Enjoy your ride with a little extra protection. A $7 Limited Damage Waiver (LDW) is automatically added to each eBike rental when you book and provides coverage for select minor accidental damage that may occur while using our rental equipment.

The LDW is optional and may be declined. If you choose to keep the coverage, the $7 fee is non-refundable and applies only to equipment rented through Zion Tubing Adventure.
Examples of damage that may be covered include:

Minor scratches or cosmetic damage

Minor accessory damage

Minor brake lever damage

Bent or warped brake rotors

Helmet scratches or scrapes

Minor chain or sprocket issues
Some situations are not covered by the LDW. This includes negligence, reckless operation, major damage, theft, loss, vandalism, personal injury, or damage to personal property.

LDW coverage also includes mechanic assistance in the canyon when a Zion Tubing Adventure employee is dispatched to assist you. Depending on the situation, replacement equipment, batteries, or parts may be provided at the discretion of the assisting employee.
Damage, loss, repairs, or replacement costs that fall outside of LDW coverage are the renter's responsibility in accordance with the rental agreement and waiver.
